When used in ways that are relevant to the demands of running, yoga will make you a stronger, more resilient runner. Join international yoga for athletes expert Erin Taylor for a dynamic, interactive evening of yoga designed to support runners (and athletes of all kinds) with practical, accessible solutions to prevent injuries, recover from training, and perform your best in running and beyond.

In this all levels workshop you will learn proven methods to:

  • Prime your body for your run — leverage quick tools to effectively warm up key muscles + biomechanics.

  • Prevent common running-related injuries — gain awareness of the imbalances caused by running + how to mitigate related issues.

  • Recover effectively from all your miles — understand + embrace the power of real recovery to absorb the benefits of your efforts and refuel for your next run.

You will leave with practical tools, insights, and inspiration for how to use yoga to become a better runner, and a clear plan for how to integrate yoga into your real life.
