My work explores the themes of balance and practice. Through yoga-inspired practices and seasonal-focused writing, I offer you practical entry points to wellbeing and solutions to support longevity. 

I’ve spent over two decades training high performance athletes — university sports teams, Olmpian runners, IRONMAN champions — at the top of their game. Over the years I’ve honed my knowledge and understanding of how imbalance shows up not only in sport, but across all areas of life, and have dedicated myself to translating the practical solutions I’ve created for elite performers into language and practices that everyone can hear, connect with, and benefit from. 

As a trained journalist, I first took up yoga as a collegiate athlete while working for San Francisco Bay Area news outlets. During my early experience on the mat, I wished that there were solutions to speak more contextually to me as an athlete. There were few leaders to connect those dots for me at the time, so I connected them for myself. My learnings and solutions over the years developed into what is now Athletes for Yoga — the only athlete-led, on-demand yoga video platform and app, coach training, and global community of athletes using yoga to achieve their goals.

Along the way I also wrote two books — Hit Reset and Work IN — that are (spoiler) really about balance, and my third book, Move, Rest, Recover, will be published in January 2025.

My weekly newsletters offer thousands of readers timely gestures, prompts, and practices to inspire and support balance — a space to slow down, breathe deeply, and pay attention.
