Welcome to Your Weekly Reset — a fluid, functional balance of strength and flexibility, core stability, and stress easing practices. These practical, accessible yoga-inspired sessions are designed to support you seasonally to align mind and body, reset common imbalances, and relax deeply.
I have taught some version of this inclusive practice for 20 years and it’s an honour to offer it independently to the North Berwick community. All levels welcome!
BYOM — Please bring your own mat.
Dates and time: Wednesdays 9:15–10:15am, 5 November – 10 December
Location: Abbey Church Hall, 116 High Street, North Berwick (please use entrance on Church Road)
Investment: £66/6-class term including 1 month complimentary subscription to Balance Practice online videos or £14 drop in
