Join longtime recovery expert Erin Taylor for an evening of practical, accessible rest and recovery. In this all-levels mini-workshop we will explore how to cultivate a more restorative mindset, and activate and strengthen your ability to recover in the moments when you truly need rest the most. You will learn proven methods to:

  • Calm your mind — use accessible sensory tools to focus your mind and ease the mental stress and chaos that so often inhibits our ability to rest.
